放射治疗联合吲哚美辛预防髋臼骨折术后异位骨化的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨局部放射治疗(简称放疗)联合口服吲哚美辛对髋臼骨折术后异位骨化(HO)的预防效果。方法选取2009年7月至2012年8月采用Kocher-langenbeck(K-L)入路治疗的髋臼骨折患者32例,术后72 h内给予单次放疗7 Gy联合术后口服吲哚美辛4周(每次25 mg,每日3次)。术后X线摄片观察异位骨化的发生情况。结果 32例患者均获得随访,随访时间6~37个月,平均18.9个月。5例发生异位骨化,根据Bmoker分级有Ⅰ度3例,Ⅱ度2倒,无严重异位骨化(Ⅲ,Ⅳ度)发生,异位骨化发生率为15.62%。结论局部放疗联合口服吲哚美辛是预防髋臼骨折术后异位骨化的理想方法。
