预见性护理用于抢救重度急性有机磷农药中毒40例

Application of Preventive Nursing Care in Rescuing Severe Acute Organic Phosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的观察预见性护理在抢救重度急性有机磷农药中毒的作用。方法将2012年入住重症监护室(ICU)的40例重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者作为干预组,在执行常规护理基础上实施预见性护理;将2011年收治的40例施行常规护理的重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者作为对照组,进行回顾性分析。比较两组患者的抢救成功率、ICU住院天数和住院费用。结果干预组抢救成功率、ICU住院天数和住院费用分别为95%,(4.9±2.2)d,(20 267.8±2 038.3)元,对照组分别为80%,(8.4±3.1)d,(3l102.2±2 424.6)元,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICu护士实施预见性护理,能显著减少重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者的住院天数、住院费用,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To observe the effect of the preventive nursing care in rescuing the patients with severe acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 40 patients with severe acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning in ICU in 2012 were taken as the intervention group and implemented the preventive nursing care on the basis of applying the conventional nursing; other 40 cases of se- vere acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning in 2011 were taken as the control group and given the conventional nursing. The ret- rospective analysis was performed for comparing the rescue successful rate, hospitalization period in ICU and hospitalization cost between the two groups. Results The rescue successful rate, hospitalization period in ICU and hospitalization cost in the intervention group were 95%, （4.9±2.2）d and （20 267.8±2 038.3）Yuan respectively, while which in the control group were 80%, （8.4±3.1）d and （31 102. 2 ± 2 424. 6）Yuan respectively, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The preventive nursing care on the patients with severe acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning significantly decreases the hospital- ization period and cost in ICU and improves the rescue successful rate.
