汽车空调制冷剂的火灾危险性研究进展

摘要 汽车空调器中使用的制冷剂主要是R134a。由于环保的要求,汽车空调制冷剂的替代逐渐提上了日程。汽车空调的替代制冷剂主要有碳氢制冷剂、R1234yf、R152a等,但这些制冷剂均具有一定的可燃性,阻碍了其使用。介绍了几种典型可燃制冷剂的火灾危险性参数及国内外关于汽车空调使用碳氢制冷剂、R1234yf、R152a后,发生火灾事故的后果,发生火灾事故可能性的研究情况。展望了汽车空调使用可燃制冷剂需进一步开展的研究。 Currently, the refrigerant of automotive air-condition er is mainly R134a. Due to requirements of environmental protection, the replacement of automotive refrigerant gradually put on the agenda. Now, the alternative refrigerants are hydrocarbon refrigerants, R1234yf, R152a, etc. But these refrigerants are flammable substance, which hindering their using. Firstly, the fire risk parameters of these flammable refrigerants were in troduced. The research progress about consequences and possibility of fire accidents after using these flammable refrigerants were introduced. Finally, the further research of automotive air conditioner using flammable refrigerants is also discussed.
