摘要 高职教师专业水平决定高等职业教育的品质,推进教师专业发展是高职教育快速发展的必由之路。高职教师专业生活作为教师专业成长的载体,与高职教师发展目标、教师内在动力和组织成长环境等核心要素深度融合,对教师专业发展产生强烈交互效应。 The professional development of teachers' life-world turn is a problem needing further research. The professional lifestyle of teachers in higher vocational education determines the quality of the school education, and the professional life of higher vocational teachers is a platform gradually combined the teachers' knowledge with teaching theory. The professional life of higher vocational teachers, as the carrier of the teachers' professional development, deeply integrates and interacts with the development goal, motivation and organizational environment.
