试析大学生社团的现实困境与突围之路

大学生社团的建设在当前高校扩招的大环境下变得尤为重要,通过大学生社团的建设能有效的加强对学生的管理,并通过社团来向其他学生输入正能量。然而近年来我国大学生社团建设却存在不少的问题,如老师资源较少,社团管理成本居高不下,筹资方式较差等。这些问题实际上都已经成为阻碍大学生社团建设的重要因素,从分析这些因素出发,进一步解析相应的原因,最后提出几点完善的建议,希望为大学生社团的发展和突围提供方向。

The construction of community college students becomes very important in the current environment of college admission expansion. Building societies through college can effectively strengthen the management of students and give communities a beneficial impact on other students. However, the construction of community college students, but there are many problems in recent years. For example, fewer teacher resources, community management of high cost, poor and other financing. These issues have become important factors hindering the construction of community college students. Starting from the analysis of these factors, further parsing the corresponding reason, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement, aiming at providing the direction for the development of community college students.
