摘要
采用调查问卷方式,以长沙市五家医院的党员为调查研究对象,了解和掌握了医院党员和医院党建工作的现状,运用excel 2007及spss18.0软件对调查问卷进行统计分析,进一步分析和把握了医院党员的思想特点和医院党建工作的规律,探讨其中存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出创新思路和解决问题的对策。
This paper conducts a survey of 438 Party members in five hospitals in Changsha in order to understand and grasp hospital communists and the present states of Party building. The study uses excel 2007 and spssl8.0 to analyze the data and ideological character of hospital Party members and regularity of Party construction activities further. Based on this data, it explores the existing problems and finally promotes some innovative measures.
