大学生网络素养现状调查与提升策略——基于杭州下沙高教园区的调查分析

Status Survey of College Students' Network Accomplishment and Promotion Strategy:Based on Survey and Analysis of Xiasha Higher Education Park in Hangzhou

网络素养是新时期大学生必须具备的媒介素质,通过调查发现,大学生在网络自主学习能力、网络行为自我管理能力、网络道德素养、网络安全意识等方面存在不足。从原因上看,既有缺乏良好网络环境的客观原因,又有大学生特殊心理特征和行为的主观原因,还有大学生网络素养教育缺失的重要原因。提高大学生网络素养是一项系统工程,它需要政府建章立制,充分发挥引领作用;需要高校科学设置课程,充分发挥育人作用;需要家庭言传身教,充分发挥培育作用;需要个体进行自我教育,充分发挥内化作用。

Internet accomplishment is a prerequisite medium quality for college students in the new period. It is found through the survey that here are some problems for college students in the following aspects： network self-learning ability, self-management ability for network behaviors, network moral accom- plishment and network security awareness. Seeing from the reasons, there are objective reasons （such as lack of good network environment） and subjective reasons （such as special psychological features and behaviors of college students）. Besides, the lack of network accomplishment education for college students is also an important cause. To improve network accomplishment of college students is a system project. It needs the government to establish systems and regulations and give full play to the leading role. Moreover, colleges should scientifically set up courses and give full play to the role of educating students. Families should teach by personal example as well as verbal instruction and give full play to the role of cultivating. Individuals also need self-education and give full play to the function of internalization.
