中西医结合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tumor

目的:探究中西医结合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年6月笔者所在医院收治的112例胃肠道肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各56例。对照组进行常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药基础上加用参苓白术散加减治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为35.71%,对照组治疗总有效率为39.28%,两组患者治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组KPS评分增加14例,稳定34例,降低8例,生存质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能够明显改善胃肠道肿瘤指标,加强肿瘤控制,值得在临床中进行深入推广和应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor. Method：112 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients were selected from January 2011 to June 2012 in the author’s hospital,by using the method to random number table was divided into the treatment group and control group,all the 56 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on routine western medicine plus Shenlingbaizhu Powder,the amount of addition and subtraction,then observed effect of treatment. Result：Treatment group effective rate was 35.71%,the control group treatment effective rate of 39.28%,comparing efficient therapy for patients with similar between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Stable treatment group KPS score increase in 14 cases,34 cases,8 cases of reduction, quality of life was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment can significantly improve the index of gastrointestinal tumor with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,to enhance tumor control,worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
