微量泵鼻饲喂养联合腹部按摩对中度胃食管反流婴儿的临床护理效果观察

The Effect of the Trace Pump Nasal Feeding Combined with Abdominal Massage Clinical Nursing Effect on Moderate Gastroesophageal Reflux in Infants

目的:研究分析微量泵鼻饲喂养联合腹部按摩对中度胃食管反流婴儿的临床护理效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年4月-2012年3月收治的62例中度胃食管反流婴儿的临床资料进行研究分析,并按患儿住院尾号将其分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(31例),比较两组患儿护理效果。结果:治疗组患儿每日奶量显著多于对照组,残奶量显著低于对照组,腹胀消失时间及呕吐消失时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微量泵鼻饲喂养联合腹部按摩对中度胃食管反流婴儿的临床效果显著,可显著改善患儿临床症状。

Objective：To study the micro pump nasal feeding combined with abdominal massage clinical nursing effect on moderate gastroesophageal reflux in infants.Method：62 cases of moderate gastroesophageal reflux in infants in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2012 were analyzed. The children were divided into the treatment group（31 cases） and control group（31 cases） according to tail number in hospital,and the effects after treatment were compared. Result：The daily milk yield of the treatment group was significantly more than the control group and milk remain of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）,the abdominal distension disappear time and emesis disappear time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of micro pump nasal feeding combined with abdominal massage on moderate gastroesophageal reflux in infants can significantly improve the clinical symptom of children.
