护理管理在医院感染预防中的应用价值探讨

The Application Value Investigation of Nursing Supervision in Hospital Infection Prevention

目的:探讨护理管理在医院感染预防中的应用价值。方法:选择2011年3月-2012年2月笔者所在医院接受诊疗的1362例患者作为观察组,此期间加强护理管理工作,同时以2008年3月-2009年2月笔者所在医院接受诊疗的1362例患者作对照组,此期间行常规护理管理,回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,比较两组的感染情况。结果:调查结果显示观察组患者的感染率为1.17%,对照组的感染率为2.20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理是医院护理服务的保障,值得医院重视。

Objective：To discuss the application value of nursing supervision in hospital infection prevention.Method：1362 cases were selected as observation group,who accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2012.During the time,the nursing supervision was obvious strengthened.1362 cases were selected as control group,who received diagnosis and treatment in in our hospital from March 2008 to February 2009.Routine nursing management was implemented during this time.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,and the situation of infection for two groups was also compared. Result：Survey results showed that the infection rate of observation group was 1.17%,and control group was 2.20%.There was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing supervision is the guarantee of hospital care,and it is deserved to strengthen.
