摘要
目的:分析结核耐药患者的心理状况以及整体护理的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的60例结核耐药患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,各30例,其中观察组实施整体护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对两组患者的治疗依从性及抑郁、焦虑情况进行分析比较。结果:观察组治疗依从性、临床疗效优于对照组,抑郁、焦虑评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结核耐药患者进行全面心理分析,并采取相应的整体护理,能够提升患者的治愈率,增加患者的依从性,在临床上值得广泛使用。
Objective：To analyze the effect of drug-resistant TB patients psychological status and overall care. Method：Select the author of 60 cases of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients admitted in the hospital,by using the method to random number table was divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each,implement overall nursing intervention including group,control group routine nursing,on two groups of treatment adherence for patients with depression,anxiety and carries on the analysis comparison.Result：Treatment adherence,clinical curative effect of observation group were better than that of control group,depression,anxiety score were better than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis comprehensive psychological analysis,and take appropriate overall care,patients can improve the cure rate,increase the number of patient compliance,it is worth widely used in clinical practice.
