早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜患者术后腹胀的影响

The Effects of Early Nursing Intervention for Abdominal Distension on Laparoscopic Patients of Gynecological

目的:研究早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜患者术后腹胀的影响。方法:选取2011年3月-2012年3月笔者所在医院收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规的护理,观察组患者给予针对性的护理干预措施,比较两组术后腹胀情况、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间。结果:观察组腹胀发生情况显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间显著短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预能显著改善妇科腹腔镜患者术后腹胀情况,能缩短术后肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间。

Objective：To study the effects of early nursing intervention for abdominal distension on laparoscopic patients of gynecological.Method：100 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients of gynecological from March 2011 to March 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine care,the observation group were given targeted nursing interventions,postoperative abdominal distention,postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,ambulation and flatus were compared.Result：The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, ambulation time,and flatus time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The early nursing intervention can significantly improve patients after laparoscopic abdominal distension,it can shorten recovery time of bowel sounds,ambulation time,and flatus time after surgery.
