微型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Mini Titanium Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Mandibular Fracture

目的:探讨用微型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2009年6月-2012年8月在本院住院治疗的58例下颌骨骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后56例患者切口均为一期愈合,2例切口出现轻微感染,分泌有脓性物,经对症处理和用药后切口愈合。术后3个月X线检查,骨折线模糊,对位较好;6个月X线检查,骨折断端愈合较好无错位,钛板固定稳定性好,无断裂、松脱现象。结论:微型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折临床效果较好,固定质量和效果明显,操作简便易行,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of mini titanium plate fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Method：A total of 58 cases of mandibular fracture in our hospital from June 2009 to August 2012 were involved in this retrospective study.Result：56 patients had stage Ⅰ wound healing,2 patients were infected,and returned to normal after treatment.X-ray examined after 3 months,the fracture line of partial cases was disappear.X-ray examined after 6 months,mandibular fracture healed well and plate fixation were stable.Conclusion：Applying mini titanium plate fixation is a reliable treatment,and the operation is simple.It is worthy of clinical widely used.
