随着人们生活水平的提高,服装更新速度越来越快,废旧衣服既污染环境,其再利用价值也没有发挥出来。把循环经济中的"3R原则"应用到废旧衣服回收中,以发挥废旧衣服的最大价值。

With the improvement of people＇s living standards, the speed of cloth updating becomes faster and faster. People sort out old clothes with seasons change. Most people throw them away. It not only pollutes the environment, but also buries the value of old clothes. By applying 3R principles of the circular economy to old clothes recycling, the value of old clothes could be maximized.
