摘要
目的研究帕金森病(PD)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并探讨其在疾病进程中的意义。方法选取典型的原发性PD患者34例及健康对照35名,采用流式细胞术检测外周血淋巴细胞中纯真(naive)、记忆(memory)及调节性(regulatory)T细胞亚群百分比,比较两组间各T细胞亚群的差异。结果与对照组比较,PD患者外周血T淋巴细胞中杀伤性纯真T细胞亚群(CD8+CD45RA+CD45RO-)百分比明显增高(P<0.01),杀伤性记忆T细胞亚群(CD8+CD45RA-CD45RO+)和调节性T细胞亚群(CD4+CD25+FoxP3+)百分比均明显降低(P<0.01),而辅助性纯真T细胞亚群(CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-)和辅助性记忆T细胞亚群(CD4+CD45RA-CD45RO+)与健康者比较无统计学差异。结论 PD患者外周血淋巴细胞中杀伤性纯真T细胞亚群、杀伤性记忆T细胞亚群及调节性T细胞亚群百分比与健康者间存在统计学差异,细胞免疫失衡可能参与了PD的病理进程。
Objective To investigate the percentage and significance of naive, memory, and regulatory T lymphocyte subgroups in the peripheral blood of patients with Parkinson' s disease (PD). Methods Thirty- four PD patients were enrolled. The percentages of naive T cells (CD4+ CD45RA-CD45RO- , CD8 + CD45RA+ CD45RO- ), memory T cells (CD4+ CD45RA CD45RO+ , CD8+ CD45RA- CD45RO+ ) and regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+) were detected and analyzed by flow cytometry and compared with 35 normal controls. Results The percentage of CD8+ CD45RAT CD45RO- cells in the PD group was higher (P〈0.01), while the percentages of CD8+ CD45RA-CD45RO+ and CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ cells in the PD group were lower than those of the control group (P〈0.01). There was no significant difference of the percentages of CD4+ CD45RA+ CD45RO and CD4+ CD45RA CD45RO= cells between the PD group and the control group. Conclusions The alterations of the percentages of CD8+ CD45RA CD45RO+ , CD8+ CD45RA+ CD45RO and CD4- CD25+ FoxP3+ cells in the PD group lead to the cell immune disturbance, which may play roles in the pathological progress of the PD.
