摘要
以某城市轨道交通项目车辆设计为背景,通过对铝合金车体关键部件进行设计优化,并对车体进行静强度、刚度和模态分析计算,且通过试验验证,设计研发出一种满足时速120 km轻量化A型城轨车辆要求的车体结构,以适应城市大载客量、快速轨道交通要求,并响应节能减排的政策要求。
This paper presents a mass transit vehicle. Based on optimizing the key parts of aluminum alloy carbody, the static strength and rigidity calculation, modal analysis, test validation, we design a kind of aluminum alloy carbody structure of type A metro vehicles with velocity 120 km/h, in order to satisfy the huge passenger capacity and the demands of rapid transit, respond the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction.
