我国上市公司高管薪酬与公司业绩相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过统计分析研究福布斯CEO排名前一百名高管薪酬与企业业绩的关系,研究结果表明高管薪酬与企业业绩存在显著正相关关系,与企业规模几乎无关,而与所属行业的景气度提示我们面对不同的行业需要用不同的指标对比。因此,建议重视企业的激烈监督机制,完善薪酬制度,从而提高CEO在企业中发挥的价值。
