Design of Main Transmission System for NC Tape Winding Machine

摘要 根据数控布带缠绕机主传动系统的输出要求,考虑主轴恒功率调速范围较小、输出转矩不足等可能出现的问题,采用分段无级变速方案设计其主传动系统。分析缠绕张力、压力阻力矩的影响,由总启动转矩对应的电机功率初选主轴电机;用拟定转速图方法设计主传动系统并使主轴电机工作在较好的功率转矩输出范围内;绘制主轴功率转矩图,通过转速重叠区转速的功率、转矩的比较,合理分配不同转速范围下的挡位选择;设计整体结构布局并绘制出传动系统的三维图,完成数控布带缠绕机主传动系统设计。 According to the output requirements of main transmission system for NC tape winding machine, considering the problems of small range for the spindle constant power and shortage for the output torque, the main transmission system is designed by using sectional stepless speed variation scheme. Considering the influence of winding tension and pressure, spindle motor is initially selected via the motor power of the total starting torque. The main transmission system is designed by using chart of rotate speed and spindle motor should work in the speed range of good output of the power and torque. The gears are chosen reasonably by comparison o{ torque and power in the overlap regions of power and torque diagram that has been drawn. Arrangement for the whole structure is designed and 3D drawing of the transmission system is drawn, the main transmission system design for the NC tape winding machine is accomplished.
