基于KISSsoft软件的风电齿轮磨前滚刀齿形优化设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 风电齿轮箱工作环境极端恶劣复杂。在加工制造中存在一些影响齿轮高可靠性和高疲劳寿命的制造缺陷,因此在分析磨前滚刀齿形特点和齿轮热处理变形情况的基础上,提出对磨前滚刀齿形优化设计和研究,并建立了适合实际制造情况的优化目标。借助KISSsoft软件的某些工具,让滚刀齿形优化计算工作变得简洁而快速。滚刀齿形优化设计研究为提高风电齿轮的工作性能提供了重要工艺支撑,在实际制造中取得较好效果。 The work environment of wind turbines gearbox is extremely complex. The manufac- turing defect which affects the high reliability and fatigue life of gear drive exists in manufacturing. On the basis of analyzing tooth profile of pre--grinding hob characteristic and heat treatment deformation situation of wind power gear, the optimization design and research of pre--grinding hob is proposed, the optimization goals in good accordance with the manufacturing conditions is established. By the use of KISSsoft software, tooth profile optimization design of hob is more simple and rapid. The tooth profile optimization research of hob provides much technological supports to working performance of wind power gear. The good results of tooth profile design and research in manufacturing of wind power gear is acquired.
