摘要
提出一种能实现任意齿差数的新型活齿传动的啮合副曲线——双余弦啮合副曲线,基于这种啮合副曲线推导出激波凸轮和中心轮的廓线方程。利用MATLAB对廓线方程进行编程,实现了任意齿差数活齿传动的激波凸轮和中心轮的廓线设计,为后续的活齿传动设计的三维建模提供三维曲线数据,并分析几个齿形参数对廓线曲率的影响。不同于传统活齿传动研究中所使用的"等效机构法",基于双余弦啮合副曲线的设计方法,只需改变几个参数就可以实现任意齿差数的活齿传动设计。
A dual--cosine curve of meshing pair which can design a new type of oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth--difference is presented and the profile equation of the surge wheel and the internal gear is deduced. By using MATLAB programming for the profile equation, the profile design of surge wheel and internal gear belong to oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth-- difference is realized, the data of 3D spline for the design of oscillating tooth gear transmission is pro- vided, and of the influence of tooth profile parameter on the profile curvature is analyzed. Be different from equivalent mechanism method used in traditional research of oscillating tooth gear transmission, the design method based on dual--cosine curve of meshing pair can finish the design of oscillating tooth gear transmission with any tooth--difference just by change several parameters.
