摘要
硬齿面齿轮已在齿轮加工中占主导地位,而渗碳淬火是其主要工艺方式,但其渗碳淬火后产生的变形问题,严重影响了热后齿轮加工质量。通过原因分析及试验,总结经验,采取一些有效的反制措施,使渗碳淬火齿轮热后质量有了加大提高。
The proportion of hardened gear in gear processing increase steeply, and the carburizing and quenching is the main process. But the deformation problem after carburizing quenching is se- riously affecting the quality of gear processing after heat treatment. Through the reason analysis and experiment, summarizing the experience and take some effective countermeasures, the quality of carburized gear is increased after heat treatment.
