摘要
针对轮齿相对键槽有位置度要求的齿轮,基于三坐标测量机提出了一种对其位置度的检测方法。首先建立了测量坐标系,构建了测量齿面点的数学模型。其次,计算出齿面测量点坐标,并确定了相应的误差补偿方向。最后在三坐标测量机上测量出了轮齿相对于键槽的位置度误差。
Aiming at the gears which require position between tooth flank and key slot, the measurement method on position is proposed based on three coordinate measuring machine. First, the measurement coordinate system is established, and the measurement mathematical model is built. Second, the measurement point coordinate is calculated, and the relative error compensation direction is determined. Finally, the position error between tooth flank and key slot is measured on three coordinate measuring machine.
