运放和比较器共享的双通道Sigma-Delta调制器

Double-Channel Sigma-Delta Modulator with Opamp and Comparator Sharing

提出了一个低功耗的双通道Sigma-Delta调制器,利用运放和比较器共享的技术,实现了功耗的减半。相比于普通的运放共享技术,本文提出的方法消除了通道间的串扰。根据分析,前馈结构的双通道调制器可以使用普通的运放共享技术,而没有通道间串扰的问题。仿真结果验证了这些分析。

This paper presents a low-power double-channel sigma-delta modulator which features current consumption halved by opamp and comparator sharing. Compared to the common opamp sharing technique, the proposed method eliminates the cross interfere between channels. An alternative modulator architecture using common opamp sharing technique without cross interfere is analysed. The simulation results validate these analyses.
