区域科技信息(情报)机构服务科技创新现状及分析——以浙江省为例

Current Technical Innovation Service Status and Analysis of Regional Science and Technology Information Institutions——Take Zhejiang Province as an Example

以浙江省主要科技信息(情报)机构为调查对象,通过问卷调查,统计分析了近二年来面向政府科技管理部门、中小企业和社会公众开展科技创新服务的现状,揭示了发展中存在的科技资源分布不均匀、传统主业面临萎缩和市场竞争、缺乏科技创新服务的手段和人才等问题,提出了加强人才队伍建设、建设特色资源数据库、引进国家和省科技信息资源、提高自身核心竞争力的对策建议,以期为科技情报机构开展创新服务活动提供指导和借鉴,为科技管理部门制定科技创新服务政策提供参考。

With main science and technology information institutions in Zhejiang province as the investigation object, through the way of questionnaire survey, this article analyzes the current technical innovation service status of these institutions to the government’s technical management department, middle and small-sized enterprises, and the public; reveals problems in the development process, such as the misdistribution of science and technology resources, the shrink of traditional industries, as well as the lack of methods and talents for technical innovation service; puts forward countermeasures and suggestions like to strengthen the talent team construction, to build featured resource database, to bring in national and provincial science and technology information resources, and to increase core competitiveness; in order to provide guidance for science and technology information institutions ’ innovation service activities, and provide reference for technical management department on technical innovation service policy.
