利益博弈下高职院校校企合作生产性实训基地运作机制研究

Construction of Training Base in Cooperation of Higher Vocational School & Enterprise from Perspective of Game Interests

生产性实训基地是高职学院开展高技能人才培养的重要举措,借助校企合作已成为高职院校开展生产性实训基地建设的主要手段。本文针对高职院校在校企合作中面临的现实困境,运用博弈论的相关理论,研究校企双方共建生产性实训基地过程中,应如何考虑利益双方的合理分配并进行相应的资源配置,为探索生产性实训基地建设及运作机制提供理论依据。

Productive training base is an important means to development training high skilled talents, cooperation between school and enterprise is becoming the primary method to building stable development of training base. This paper is in view of reality problems to establish school-enterprise cooperation’s outside training base. Using the Game theory model, research the background behavior of establish outside training base between school and enterprise ,Considered how to have a Reasonable distribution between the two factors ,and provides a theoretical basis In order to promote the work of training base.
