摘要
介绍了压接式压接器的结构特点,分析了压接式压接器对240 kA铝电解槽阴极母线压降的影响。通过将压接器由压接式改进为焊接式,压接器平均压降由原来的19.20 mV降低到9.65 mV,取得了明显的节能效果。
This paper introduces the structural features of the bolt fastened type voltage adapter,and analyzes the effect of the bolt fastened type voltage adapter on voltage drop of cathodic bus line. By tranfoming the bolt fastened type voltage adapter to welded voltage adapter,the voltage drop was decreased from 19. 20 mV to 9. 65 mV,and an obvious saving-reducing effect was achieved.
