Discussion on Equipment Modification of Aluminum Alloy Production Line

介绍了A356.2铝合金生产线的设备组成、工艺及存在的问题,通过改造混合炉、在线除气设备、研发自动加硅装置及增添制氮机等,达到了设备运行稳定,单位产品能耗下降,职工劳动量降低,产品数量、质量提高,经济效益提升的目的。

This paper introduces the equipment,process and existing problems of A356. 2 aluminum alloy production line. And the goals of equipment steadily running,unit energy consumption decreasing, labor intensity reducing,production and quality improving,and economic benefits increasing are achieved by rebuilding the mixing furnace,online air-removing equipment,developing silicon automatic filling device and adding nitrogen machine,and so on.
