海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Efficacy of Haikun Shenxi with Keluoxin in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:按照数字随机分组法将该院收治的252例DN患者均分为联合组、海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,在常规糖尿病治疗基础上,联合组给予海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗,海昆肾喜组仅给予海昆肾喜治疗,渴络欣组仅给予渴络欣治疗,比较3组患者临床疗效及治疗前后FBG、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、BUN、Scr、mAlb、UTP变化情况。结果:联合组患者治疗显效率及总有效率均明显高于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后FBG未发生明显变化,均在7.8 mmol/L以下;3组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C均发生明显变化,与治疗前比较,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后TG、TC和LDL-C均明显低于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,HDL-C明显高于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、mAlb和UTP均明显降低,与治疗前比较,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、mAlb和UTP均明显低于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病可达到优势互补的效果,延缓肾功能损伤疗效显著,无不良反应,临床应用和推广价值较高。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Haikun Shenxi with Keluoxin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods ：252 cases with DN were randomly divided into combination therapy group, Haikun Shenxi gToup and Keluoxin group. On the basis of conventional therapy,combination therapy group were treated by Haikun Shenxi with Keluoxin. Haikunsh- enxi group were treated by Haikun Shenxi. Keluoxin group were treated by Keluoxin. The clinical effects and the change of FBG, TG,TC, LDL - C, HDL - C, BUN, Scr, mAlb and UTP were compared. Results ： The treatment efficiency of combination therapy group was significantly higher than that of Haikun Shenxi group and Keluoxin group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there was no evident change for FBG after treatment and it was below 7.8mmol/L. TG,TC, LDL - C and HDL - C were quite different ＇after treatment and there was significant difference before and after the treatment （P 〈 0.. 05 ）. The TG, TC and LDL - C of combination therapy group were significant lower than those of Haikun Shenxi group and Keluoxin group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The BUN, Scr, mAlb and UTP of the three groups were significant lower than those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The BUN, Scr, mAlb and UTP of combination therapy grouo was significant lower than those of Haikun Shenxi grouo and Keluoxin group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Combining Haikun Shenxi with Keluoxin in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is effective to delay the process of kidney damage and the decline rate of renal function. It has no adverse reaction and it has great value of clinical application.
