中医辨证联合气管插管术抢救新生儿窒息临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Tracheal Intubation in Neonatal Asphyxia Salvage

目的:探讨中医辨证联合气管插管术在抢救新生儿窒息中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2011年1月—2012年12月该院收治的60例新生儿窒息患儿作为观察对象,根据不同的抢救方法,分为中医辨证结合气管插管术抢救组(A组)和气管插管术抢救组(B组),每组各30例。B组给予气管插管接复苏囊正压给氧人工呼吸施行抢救,A组在B组的基础上给予中医辨证的穴位针灸及手法按摩进行抢救,观察两组患者的复苏成功率、复苏时间以及1 min和5 min的Apgar评分。结果:A组复苏成功率较B组高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组复苏时间较B组短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组1 min Apgar评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),但5 min Apgar评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证穴位针灸结合气管插管术抢救窒息新生儿,可以缩短抢救时间且预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with tracheal intubation in the treatment of newborns with asphyxia. Methods：60 cases of newborns with asphyxia from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects according to the different methods for treatment and the cases were divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with tracheal intubation treatment group （group A） and endotracheal intubation treatment group （group B）. Each group had 30 cases. The group B was treated with tracheal intubation of recovery capsule positive pressure oxygen breathing implementation rescue and the group A added traditional Chinese medicine for emergency treatment, observing two groups＇success rate of recovery and recovery time, and 1 and 5 min Apgar score. Results：In group A, the success rate was higher than that of group B, but the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The recovery time in group A was shorter than that of group B with significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. 1 minute Apgar score in two groups had no significant difference .（ P 〉 O. 05 ）, but 5 minutes ,Apgar scores were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with tracheal intubation in rescuing asphyxia of newborns can shorten the treatment time and the prognosis is good and it is worthy of clinical application.
