中药综合疗法对面神经炎的疗效分析

目的:观察分析中药内服、熏蒸联合针刺综合疗法治疗面神经炎的方法和临床疗效。方法:选取86例面神经炎患者为研究对象,随机分组。对照组40例给予单纯针刺治疗,观察组46例在对照组治疗基础上给予中药内服加熏蒸综合疗法治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、症状改善、起效时间情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组。起效时间观察组短于对照组。两组患者治疗前TFGS评分无显著性差异,治疗后TFGS评分改善观察组优于对照组。治疗后H-B分级分布观察组优于对照组。结论:通过针刺联合中药内服和熏蒸的方法能够对面神经炎起到良好的治疗效果,起效时间更短,对于面瘫症状的改善及面部肌肉的功能改善效果卓著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical curative effects of Chinese herbs and fumigation combined acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis. Methods ： We selected 86 cases of facial paralysis patients in this study and divided them into two groups randomly. The 40 cases of control group were given acupuncture treatment alone, and the 46 cases of observation group were given Chinese herbs and fumigation combined acupuncture treatment. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and onset time situation of two groups were observed. Results：The observation group＇s total effective rate was higher than that of the control group. The onset time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group. TFGS score before treatment in both groups had no obvious difference, but the improvement of TFGS score in the observation group was superior to that of the control group after treatment. The H - B grade distribution in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment can play a good therapeutic effect for facial paralysis. It also has a shorter onset time and remarkable effects for the improvement of symptoms of facial paralysis and facial muscle function improving. In a word,it is worthy of clinical application.
