护肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated with Method of Hugan Jianzhi Formula

目的:观察自拟护肝降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效,为临床治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病提供新思路。方法:选取符合入选标准的病例61例,随机分为两组,治疗组(32例,护肝降脂方治疗),对照组(29例,水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗),治疗10周后观察两组患者肝功、血脂水平及B超的变化。结果:两组患者经治疗后,治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为87.5%和72.4%,治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后肝功能和血脂检测表明,治疗后两组肝功能(血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶)及血脂水平(血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯)均有降低,但治疗组较对照组有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后B超检测表明,两组患者脂肪肝程度均有改善,但治疗组(84.4%)较对照组(65.5%)有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护肝降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝病有明确疗效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） using the method of Hugan Jianzhi Formula. Methods ：61 NAFLD cases conforming to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were di- vided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （32 cases） was treated with Hugan Jianzhi Formula whereas the control group was treated with Silibin Meglumine Tablets for 10 weeks. The patients were observed liver function, blood lipid levels and B -ultrasonic image. Results ：The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.5% whereas that in control group was 72.4%. There was a significance difference in the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Meanwhile ,liver function tests showed that alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST） and gamma- glutamyl transpeptidase （GGT） were significantly decreased in the treatment group than those in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood lipid levels, including total cholesterol （TC） ,low density lipoprotein cholesterin （LDL- C） and triglyceride （TG） were significantly decreased in the treatment group than those in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. B - test showed that after treatment, the normalization rate of B - ultrasonic image was 84.4% in treatment group and superior to 65.5% in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Hugan Jianzhi Formula was effective for the treatment of NAFLD and was worthy of clinical application.
