中药液冲洗结合护理干预对肛瘘拖线术后伤口愈合的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Washing Combined with Nursing Intervention on Wound Healing Time of Anal Fistula after Thread-Dragging

目的:探讨中药液冲洗结合护理干预应用在肛瘘拖线术后伤口愈合的效果及应用价值。方法:选择该院行肛瘘拖线术患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组采用中药液冲洗联合综合护理干预,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者伤口愈合时间、术后2周创面面积和住院时间均优于对照组患者,组间资料比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者VAS疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间均好于对照组,组间资料比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床护理满意度情况优于对照组患者,组间资料比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药液冲洗联合综合护理干预应用在肛瘘拖线术后可以缩短伤口愈合时间和住院时间,减轻患者疼痛症状,提高临床护理满意度,值得在临床上大力的应用。

Objective ： To discuss the application of liquid washing combined with nursing intervention on postoperative wound healing in anal fistula and its application value. Methods：92 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given postoperatively routine nursing care while the observation group used the liquid washing com- bined with comprehensive nursing intervention, observing two groups＇ treatment effect. Results：After 2 weeks treatment, the wound healing time, postoperative wound area and the length of hospital stay in observation group were better than those of the control group patients and the data comparison between groups had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. VAS pain score and the duration of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group and the data comparison between groups had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of the control group and the data differences between groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The liquid washing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the wound healing time and hospital stay, reduce pain and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction and it is worthy of clinical application.
