摘要
现代化矿井智能化采煤技术的发展,对综采设备提出了更高的要求。以义煤公司常村煤矿21150智能化工作面回采实践为例,从综采设备的配置、设计优化、工艺革新等角度探讨了智能化设备在井下的安装运行情况,并对智能化设备运行存在的不足之处提出建议,为中厚煤层安全高效回采提供借鉴。
The development of intelligence coal mining technology in modern coal mine make more requirement to the top coal caving equipments. Taking No. 21150 intelligentized coal mining as the example, discussed the installation and running of intelligence equipments in Changeun Coal Mine from the configuration,the optimization of design and the technique innovation,and proposed the advices to the intelligentized equipments aiming at the defect in the running. It has provide good reference for safe and efficient coal mining.
