《国朝诸臣奏议》是宋代史部诏令奏议类的重要著作,成书以来即为史所重。文章介绍了该书成书经过,依据该书形态、刻工、避讳等方面,详细考证了黑龙江省图书馆收藏的宋刻元明递修本《国朝诸臣奏议》的版本源流,探究了该书递经倪瓒、朱大韶等诸多名家收藏、后流入清宫的历史过程,并与台北故宫博物院藏本、《中华再造善本》进行了对比,展现了该书在文化传承上的独特魅力。

The Memorials of the Minsters made by the Historical Department of the Song Dynasty is a very important writing which collects the orders of the emperors and the memorials of the ministers. It had been considered very im- portant by the following dynasties. The writer introduces how the book had been written, and also researches the morphology, the carving and the taboos. And the writer studies the course of how it had been collected by some fa- mous collectors like Ni Zan and Zhu Dashao and then gone into the palace of the Qing Dynasty. The book is com- pared with the one stored in the Palace Museum in Taipei and the reforged one to show its special attraction in the cultural heritage.
