探讨大型灌区节水续建配套项目建设中存在的问题

Discussion on the existing issues in large-scale irrigation water saving projects

具有卓越节水能力的大型灌区节水续建配套项目建设已在被普遍推广。它不仅提高了水的利用率、抗涝抗洪等抗灾能力强、提高了农业综合生产能力而且美化环境保护生态。本文针对大型灌区节水续建配套项目建设的各主要阶段包括项目的规划评估、招标投资、施工验收和管理维护等可能存在的问题进行了探讨并提出了具有针对性的建议。

Large construction project with the excellent Water Saving Irrigation capacity has been popularized. It not only improves the efficiency of water use ,such as waterlogging and strong flood resilience ,but also im-proves the overall agricultural production capacity and beautification environmental ecology.In this paper ,the main stages of large-scale irrigation water saving projects possible problems include evaluation of the project planning,tendering investment,construction inspection and management and maintenance were discussed and made recommendations targeted.
