摘要
简要介绍了防屈曲约束支撑(BRB)的耗能原理和力学模型,对某建设初期未考虑抗震设防、结构体系为框架结构的设备厂房利用BRB进行减震加固设计。采用有限元分析设计软件ETABS对BRB设置前后的框架结构进行抗震性能分析,从层间位移角、顶部位移和能量三个性能指标分析了BRB的减震加固效果。结果表明BRB消能减震性能良好,结构地震响应明显降低,能够达到减震加固目的。同时,简要评述了该框架结构的轴压比超标和"强梁弱柱"的现象,认为采用外包角钢法能够满足构造和概念设计的要求。
In this article, the principle of energy-dissipation and mechanical model of the BRB are briefly introduced. Damping and seismic retrofit analysis are performed for a facility building that is a frame structure without seismic fortification at the current situation. The RC frame, established by Etabs Software with and without BRBs, goes through response-spectrum analysis and time-history analysis for seismic performance, which is evaluated by three indexes: story drift, top displacement, and energy. The result shows that the energy-dissipation and damping effect of the BRB is acceptable. Structural seismic response can be reduced evidently. The BRB is effective in damping and seismic retrofit. Besides, the paper briefly introduces the cases of "excessive axial compression ratio" and " strong beam weak column" for the frame. The " angle steel encased concrete" method is proposed.
