摘要
风电塔的维护检测是风电场管理的一项重要工作。使用激光扫描技术对一座风电塔的外形进行了扫描,并利用扫描数据进行风电塔几何外形的建模,从而验证结构的直径尺寸,还利用扫描数据对风电塔的垂直度进行了评估。简单介绍了激光扫描技术的硬件及软件知识,并对扫描点云拼接、去噪、拟合等进行了介绍,重点描述了如何通过对点云数据的处理,从而对风电塔筒外径和垂直度进行分析。研究对于三维激光扫描技术在风电塔检测中的应用积累了初步经验。
Wind turbine tower structural inspection is one of important tasks in wind farm maintenance. In this paper, the 3D laser scanning technique was explored for wind tower profile measurement. The data collected by a laser scanner was used to validate the geometric model and to evaluate the tilt of a tall, slender wind turbine tower structure. The paper presents relevant knowledge of the 3D laser scanning technology including its hardware and software. Basic methods that are used to process the cloud data collected by the laser scanner were introduced, which include cloud matching, denoising, and point cloud data fitting. A case study of a wind turbine laser scanning was conducted. Post processing the scanning data provided a geometric model of this tower that was used to evaluate the structure's perpendicularity to the ground level.
