职业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Occupational Therapy on Quality of Life in Community Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨职业治疗对社区精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法收集60例社区精神分裂症患者,按简单随机方法分为职业治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组进行常规社区康复,职业治疗组在常规社区康复基础上开展相关职业治疗,分别在治疗前后对所有患者进行WHO生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评定,比较2组患者生活质量的差异。结果治疗后职业治疗组WHOQOL-BREF总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后生理领域、心理领域和社会关系领域得分职业治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后环境领域得分职业治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论职业治疗能提高社区精神分裂症患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy on the quality of life in community patients with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty community patients with schizophrenia were randomly treated with routine community rehabilitation alone（control group,n=30）or in combination with occupational therapy（occupational therapy group,n = 30）.The quality of life was assessed by the WHOQOL-BREF before and after treatment and was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,WHOQOL-BREF total score,physiological field score,psychological field score and social relation score significantly increased in occupational therapy group after treatment（P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.No significant difference in environmental field score was found between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Occupational therapy can improve the quality of life in community patients with schizophrenia.
