摘要 内质网是细胞内重要的细胞器,是Ca2+储存和蛋白质合成、折叠、组装的场所。多种生理和病理条件下,内质网中Ca2+的紊乱、失衡会直接导致内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)的发生,长期过强的ERS则会诱导细胞产生凋亡。Ca2+信号介导的ERS凋亡途径在相关疾病的发生过程中起到重要的作用。本文对Ca2+信号介导的ERS凋亡途径及其在相关疾病发生、发展过程中的作用进行综述。 Endoplasmic reticulum is an important organelle that has many functions such as calcium storage and synthesis,folding and assembly of proteins.Many physiological and patho-logical injuries may interfere with the disruption of endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ homeostasis and result in endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS).Long-term strong ERS can induce cell apoptosis. Ca2+ mediated ERS plays an important role in the occurrence of related diseases.This review sum-marizes the role of Ca2+ mediated ERS associated apoptosis pathways in the occurrence and devel-opment of related diseases.
