摘要
为探索摆动式风洞天平的测力精度和使用效果,以及采用支架结构的风洞天平的整体性能,本研究设计了一种摆动式六分力风洞天平,并对所设计的天平进行了试验;通过飞机模型试验以及Catia用Fluent计算流体计算的结果进行了对比分析和研究。研究结果表明:在正常量程范围内,本研究所设计的摆动式风洞天平的使用效果良好,整体性能稳定;研究结果可为小型飞行器风洞试验提供参考。
This paper introduced the design and test research of a swing type six component wind tunnel balance. Through the comparative analysis and research, we studied the results of an aircraft model tests and fluid calculation. The purpose of the study is to explore the force measuring accuracy and application effect of this wind tunnel balance, and the performance of swing type wind tunnel balance which adopted support structure. The research results show that within normal range, the designed swing type wind tunnel balances has a good applied effect, and the overall performance is stability. This research results can be used for the test of small aircraft wind tunnel.
