摘要
城市地铁盾构法施工引起的地表变形计算是盾构施工中必须重视的问题。以地铁某区间盾构隧道施工为研究对象,综合考虑盾构施工阶段各影响因素,建立了盾构推进力学模型。基于弹性力学的Mindlin解,推导了考虑刀盘摩擦力及同步注浆压力影响的地表沉降计算公式,并结合现场实测数据及数值模拟结果进行对比分析。分析表明:本研究推导的地表沉降计算公式计算出的地表沉降预测值与实测沉降曲线吻合较好,且可得到更为精确的计算结果。该研究成果可为工程实践及理论研究提供参考。
The problem of the ground settlement caused by shield construction of metro tunnels should be pay more attention. A mechanical model of the shield thrust has been established by considering the influence of shield construction processes. Based on the Mindlin solution in the theory of elasticity, the solutions for ground deformation were derived with the considerations of influencing factors of cutterhead friction and synchronous grouting pressures. Furthermore, both field monitoring and numerical analysis are employed to verify the solutions above. The results show that more reasonable results can be obtained by using this method. The results obtained by the research above have great value in both engineering practice and theoretical research.
