摘要
目的 评价多普勒超声音频处理技术自动定量估测慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者 (COPD)肺动脉压力的准确性。方法 对 5 6例COPD患者 ,应用多普勒超声技术和音频处理技术 ,根据改良的肺动脉 /主动脉血流时间间期比法 (FPA/FAO)同步估测肺动脉收缩压、平均压 ,并与根据瓣膜返流所得估测值对比。结果 多普勒超声音频处理技术估测的肺动脉收缩压、平均压与瓣膜返流法估测值间相关性最好 (r=0 .94、0 .92 ,P <0 .0 1) ,多普勒超声技术较差 (r =0 .87、0 .81,P<0 .0 1)。结论 应用多普勒超声音频处理技术 。
Objective To assess the accuracy of Doppler echocardiographic audio signal processing technique(DEASPT) in noninvasive automatic estimation of pulmonary arterial systolic pressure(PASP) and mean pressure (PAMP) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Comparative studies among Doppler echocardiography, DEASPT for predicting pulmonary arterial pressure were performed in 56 COPD patients. Results The estimated PASP and PAMP by simplified bernouille equation to the peak velocity of tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary valve insufficiency correlated highly with those measured by DEASPT ( r =0.94, 0.92, P <0.01), correlated better than those measured by Doppler echocardiography ( r =0.87,0.81, P <0.01). Conclusion Pulmonary arterial pressure could be accuracy estimated noninvasively adopting modified pulmonary to aortic flow time interval ratios by DEASPT in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. [
