摘要
教师摆脱自我意识与外在制度的束缚,获得全方位解放,是当前促进教师个体专业发展的迫切需要。在工具理性影响下,教师教育成为了培养工具人的程序性活动,阻碍了教师的解放。"交往理性"丰富了古希腊以来"解放"的理念,为教师的解放提供了一条新的路径。在交往理性的基础上,当前教师教育活动要实现解放的目标就必须建立基于交往的学习共同体、创设理想言语情景、树立对话性理念。
