延边地区朝鲜族和汉族青少年血脂水平及其影响因素

Blood Lipid Profiles and It's Related Factors in Adolescents of Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese in Yanbian Area

目的了解青少年血脂水平及其影响因素。方法采用横断面研究 ,对延边地区朝、汉族学生 1795名血脂水平及其影响因素进行了调查。结果男性高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇水平朝鲜族为 1.0 0 m mol/L、汉族为 1.0 8mm ol/L。女性甘油三酯水平朝、汉族分别为 0 .84mmol/L和 0 .74mmol/L。血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯与肥胖呈正相关 ,而高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇与肥胖呈负相关 ;朝鲜族甘油三酯水平显著高于汉族 ,而高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇水平显著低于汉族。结论通过本文研究揭示 ,应对延边地区儿童进行肥胖。

Objective To investigate the level of blood lipid profiles and it's related factors in adolescents of Korean Chinese and Han Chinese.Methods The cross sectional study was conducted and the level of lipid profiles and it's related factors in 1 795 adolescents were conducted.Results The level of HDL cholesterol in boys was 1.00 mmol/L in Korean Chinese and 1.08 mmol/L in Han Chinese.The level of triglycerides in girls was 0.84 mmol/L in Korean Chinese and 0.74 mmol/L in Han Chinese.There is an inverse correlation between obesity and HDL cholesterol,but a positive correlation between obesity and the level of total cholesterol and triglycerides.The level of triglycerides was significantly higher in Korean Chinese than that in Han Chinese,while the level of HDL cholesterol was significantly higher in Han Chinese than that in Korean Chinese.Conclusion Surveillance of obesity and the level of blood lipid profiles is necessary in Yanbian Area as soon as possible.
