摘要 目的探讨邳州市居民食管癌发病危险因素及保护因素。方法 1∶ 1病例对照研究方法对 10 3例患者及对照作调查研究 ,应用条件 L ogistic回归分析技术推断其发病影响因素。结果食管癌发病与下列 6因素关系密切 :进食速度快 (OR=3.96 )、胃病史 (OR=3.0 6 )、吸烟史 (OR=2 .82 )、精神刺激 (OR=2 .77)、嗜腌菜 (OR=1.5 7)、霉制食品 (OR=1.35 ) ,而食用大蒜 (OR=0 .5 3)为其保护因素。结论不同地区食管癌流行因素相异 。 Objective To explore the risk factors and preventive factors of esophageal cancer in Pizhou city.Methods A 1∶1 case control study on 103 cases of esophageal cancer and 103 matched controls was conducted,Fitting conditional Logistic model multivariate analysis was used to infer the influence factors.Results It was shown that asophageal cancer was closely related to the six factors:fast food intaking speed(OR=396),history of stomach diseases(OR=306),history of smoke(OR=282),mental irritation(OR=277),pickled vegetables(OR=157),mildewed foods(OR135)However,the intake of garlic(OR=054) may reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.Conclusion Epidemiological factors of esophageal cancer were various in different areas,the preventive measures should be appropriate and pertinent.
