摘要
目的通过了解在不同空腹血糖 (FPG)水平下相关因素与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系 ,探讨在大规模人群中筛查糖尿病高危人群的方法。方法 996例 (年龄 40~ 92岁 )化验空腹胰岛素 (Ins)、FPG、甘油三酯 (TG) ,测量身高、体重、血压 ,比较不同 FPG状态下相关因素与胰岛素敏感性 (ISI)的关系。结果 1FPG>5 mm ol/L 时 ,整个人群的ISI与 FPG≤ 5 mm ol/L比较明显降低 (P<0 .0 0 1)。 2年龄 >6 0岁、体质指数 (BMI) >2 4、TG>1.86 mmol/L与年龄≤ 6 0岁、BMI≤ 2 4、TG≤ 1.86 mm ol/L相比 ,各个 FPG水平的 ISI均有明显降低 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 40岁后 ,FPG>5 m mol/L、肥胖、高 TG血症、老化是糖尿病高危人群 。
Objective To explore the methods of screening out diabetes high risk groups by means of researching the relationship between the related factors and insulin resistance (IR) under different fasting plasma glucose (FPG) on the base of large po pulation examination. Methods We measured FPG, insulin, triglyceride concentrations and body height, weight, blood pressure in 996 cases (aged 40 to 92 years) with medical check up. The relationship between related factors and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was examined under different FPG levels. Results ①ISI in the group of FPG>5 mmol/L is lower than that in FPG≤5 mmol/L group( P <0 001)。②On the same FPG value conditions, ISI is lower in the groups of age>60,BMI>24,TG>1 86 mmol/L than that in groups of age≤60,BMI≤24,TG≤1 86 mmol/L( P <0 001). Conclusion People aged over 60 years with FPG>5 mmol/L,BMI>24,TG>1 86 mmol/L are at high risk for diabetes and should be treated as early as possible.
