摘要
目的为增强城市居民预防心血管疾病的意识 ,以减盐、控油为重点 ,探讨膳食干预措施的效果和可行性。方法在安贞、新街口社区将合理膳食的相关知识以板报、宣传册及现场膳食烹饪表演的形式进行干预。结果在该社区干预前后分别随机抽样的 30 0人群中膳食频率及相关知识的调查应答率分别是 :98.6 %、99.3%。结论干预后提高了居民中烹饪者的合理膳食的知识水平 ,尤其是在减盐和控油的认识上都有了明显的提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,在摄取植物油、油炸食品、粗杂粮、水果、豆制品等的膳食频率都显示出较为合理的改变 (P<0 .0 5 ) 。
Objective To study the effects and feasibility of dietary intervention and to increase the knowledge of cardiovascular disease in target population and change their bad dietary habits, especially in reducing salt and oil intake. Methods The intervention activities included conducting propaganda with health education materials and boards and cooking performance among citizens in Anzhen and Xinjiekou communities in Beijing. 300 individuals randomly selected from the communities were interviewed and repeated so at the end of third month of the study. The response rate was 98 6% and 99 3% respectively. Results It showed that the knowledge of rational diet in citizens was enhanced, especially in the knowledge of reducing salt and oil intake ( P <0 05). The intake frequency of vegetable oil, fried food, coarse grains, fruits and bean products etc. became more reasonable( P <0 05). Conclusion Dietary intervention is useful and feasible.
