异丙酚用于全麻诱导时对血流动力学的影响

Effects of Proppfol on hemodynamics of induction

目的：研究异丙酚用于全麻诱导时对血流动力学的影响。方法： ＡＳＡⅠ～Ⅱ 级择期手术患者 ４０ 例，随机分为两组，第Ⅰ组硫喷妥钠用量为 ５ｍｇ／ｋｇ；第Ⅱ组异丙酚２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ。用阻抗法观察ＭＡＰ，ＨＲ，ＣＯ， ＣＩ， ＳＶ， ＳＩ， ＴＦＩ， ＶＥＩ， ＳＶＲ的变化。结果．注药后 １０ｍｉｎ ＣＯ， ＣＩ， ＳＶ， ＳＩ等值第 Ⅰ 组下降 ２０％～３０％，第Ⅱ组下降 １０％～２０％。结论：异丙酚对血流动力学影响轻于硫喷妥钠。

Objective: It is to study the effects of Propofol on hemodynamics of induction. Methods: Forty patients with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ were divided randomly into two groups. Group Ⅰ were induced with SP 5mg/kg. Propofol 2.5mg/kg was used in group Ⅰ. The changes of MAP, HR, CO, CI, SC, TFI, SVE were observed through ICG. Results: CO, CI, SI, etc. were decreased 20% ~30% at 10 min after injection in group Ⅰ. In group Ⅱ the decrease as about 10%~ 20%. Conclusion: The effects of Propofol on hemodynamics of induction were milder than SP's.
