摘要
关于英语教师教学信念核心构成维度的研究尚不多见,本文以英语教学活动为中心提出英语教师教学信念系统的6个核心构成维度及子维度。6个核心维度分别是英语语言观、英语教学观、英语学习观、师生角色观、环境观和英语教学专业观。除语言观不再区分子维度外,其它维度依次分别包含若干子维度。信念系统的维度建构旨在为探讨英语教师的群体信念提供理论框架支持。
Based on the thorough analysis of related literature, the paper constructs a six-dimension model of English teacher' teaching beliefs, which centers on English teaching activity. The six core dimensions are English language view, teaching view, learning view, teacher-learner role view, environmental view and teaching professional view. This model provides a perspective and framework for the systematic investigation of English teachers' group beliefs.
