摘要
目的测定不同剂量麻杏石甘汤中Ca,Cu,Zn,Mn四种元素的含量。方法采用浓硝酸-高氯酸湿法消解处理样品,利用火焰原子吸收法对麻杏石甘汤中Ca,Cu,Mn,Zn的含量进行测定。结果该方法的加标回收率为96.4%~100.7%,RSD小于2.71%,具有良好的准确度和精密度;随着麻杏石甘汤剂量的增大,Ca,Cu,Zn,Mn四种元素的含量呈现出相应的增加。结论麻杏石甘汤剂量1~9的Ca,Cu,Mn,Zn的含量与剂量之间呈现出指数函数相关(r〉0.96)。
Objective To detelnine Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn content of different doses of Maxingshigan Decotion. Methods The trace ele- ments in Maxingshigan Decotion, such as Ca, Cu, Mn,Zn,was determined by wet digestion flame atomic absorption spectrophotom- etry ( FAAS). Results The recoveries were between 96.4% ~ 100.7% , and RSD was less than 2.71%. Maxingshigan Decotion with dose increases, Ca,Cu,Zn, Mn content of the four elements showing a corresponding increase. Conclusion The result provides useful data for exploitation the effects of trace elements between the dose - effect relationships of Maxingshigan Decotion.
